What Is Identity Pattern Mapping?
Identity Pattern Mapping explores the recurring tendencies that appear throughout a person’s life beneath changing behaviours, roles, narratives, and circumstances. Rather than focusing only on personality traits or visible behaviour, it examines deeper patterns that may organise perception, decisions, relationships, expression, and development over time. This article explains what identity patterns are, why they repeat, how they differ from personality and adaptation, and why recognising a pattern is not the same as changing the system that produces it.
