At Renata Clarke Quantum Energetics, we strive to provide exceptional services and digital products to support your personal and spiritual growth. Due to the nature of our offerings, please review our refund and returns policy carefully.
Services
- Quantum Healing Sessions:
- Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session are eligible for a 100% refund.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session or no-shows are non-refundable.
- If the Quantum Essence Blueprint has already been created and the client cancels the session, 50% of the paid price will be retained to cover the time and effort invested in preparing the report.
- Digital Products:
- All sales of digital products, including AI prompts and energetic blueprints, are final. Once the purchase is completed and the product is downloaded, it cannot be refunded.
Refunds
For eligible refunds:
- Once we receive your cancellation request, we will process the refund. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account, then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges for digital products or services.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and delivered directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
