When You Know Yourself Better but Still Cannot Find Your Purpose
Knowing yourself more deeply does not always make your purpose or direction clearer. Drawing on my own experience of an unexpected identity threshold, I explore why meaningful work can become an anchor for self-definition, why clarity may come and go, and what helps enquiry remain open. This personal reflection also considers how Identity Development Sessions and a provisional Identity Blueprint can support pattern recognition and differentiation through sustained, grounded enquiry, without prescribing a purpose, assigning a label or promising certainty.
